Hi, welcome to my website. My website details my professional work in skin care/beauty therapy and the love of my life Yoga!

Having spent some years travelling and working in Europe, I settled in Sidcup over 26 years ago with my husband and have three children!

My interest in skin care therapy comes from my own experience. From a young child Eczema was a huge problem and I was always seeking a solution! I’ve now found it! My three ranges of skin care therapy include Dermalogica (American), Environ (South African), Matis (French). Something for everyone and every skin condition. I offer an extensive range of face and body treatments.

Yoga. Wow, what can I say. Try it and see for yourself. A life changing science. Yoga brings you to yourself, a connection on all levels. My life is much richer and content since I found Yoga. My gratitude always to Zoe Knott and Brian Hately.
